Khandi waterfall

This place is on the way to Lohagad , where many people go . On the way near to main road this waterfall comes in. There are lots of homes near waterfall, but I must say it’s beautiful waterfall to visit. As this road are having many tourist spots you will find less crowded X

The route begins from the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway—take a right turn from Kanhe Phata, and you’ll reach Takwe village. Once you cross Takwe, the real magic begins.

You’ll enter a roughly 50 km circular route passing through serene villages like Mau, Kusur, Khandi, Bhoyare, and a few more. This loop brings you back to the starting point, making it a perfect one-day road trip.

Actual khandi waterfall is near Mau waterfall. Take a right from Kanhe fata to reach Khandi waterfall.

We started at around 830 from Padharwadi towards Talpewadi. Now we were set to cross a pass – Wandre Khind. I think Wandre Khind is one of the high passes in #Sahyadri at 870 metres asl.
