- First responder duties
- Rescue techniques

- Rescue operation SOP
- Terrain/weather-based rescue
- Lifting & hurdle hauling techniques

π Step 2: What to Bring
- Your own tiffin (lunch) and water bottle
- Comfortable trekking clothes and shoes
- A small backpack with essentials (rain cover, sunscreen, cap, etc.)
- Notebook and pen (optional, but helpful for learning)
π§ Step 3: Prep Mentally
This camp covers everything from basic knots to rescue operations. You donβt need prior experience, but come with:
- A curious mind
- Willingness to learn and participate
- Respect for nature and safety protocols
