Spread across the Satpura hills\, it is named after the Pench River\, which flows through the park. The reserve is famous for its rich biodiversity\, including Bengal tigers\, leopards\, wild dogs\, deer\, and over 250 species of birds. It inspired Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book and offers excellent wildlife sightings through jeep safaris.
