अजंठा-सातमाळ रांग म्हणतात. चांदवड तालुक्यात ४ किल्ले येतात. राजदेहेर \, कोळधेर\, इंद्राई आणि चांदवड. यापैकी आपण इंद्राई आणि राजदेहेर या किल्ल्यांना भेट देणार आहोत. \nचाळीसगाव तालूक्याच्या दक्षिण टोकाला सातमाळ डोंगररांगेत ‘‘राजदेहेर‘‘ उर्फ़ “ढेरी” किल्ला आहे. हा दूर्गम गड दोन डोंगरावर वसलेला असून त्यामध्ये असलेल्या घळीतून किल्ल्याचा प्रवेश ठेऊन स्थापत्यकाराने किल्ल्यावर चालून येणारा शत्रू दोनही डोंगरावरुन मार्‍याच्या टप्प्यात राहिल अशी योजना केलेली आहे. \nइंद्राई किल्ल्यावर पहाण्यासारखी ठिकाणे गडाच्या पायऱ्या चढून गेल्यावर प्रवेशद्वाराच्या अलिकडेच डाव्या बाजूच्या कातळावर एक पारसीतील शिलालेख कोरलेला आहे. प्रवेशद्वाराचे अवशेष आजमितिस शिल्लक आहेत. गडमाथा प्रशस्त आहे. थोड्याच अंतरावर कातळात खोदलेल्या गुहांची रांगच रांग दिसते. थोडे पुढे गेल्यावर कातळात खोदलेल्या १८ ते २० गुहा लागतात. यापैकी काही गुहा राहण्यासाठी योग्य आहेत. शेवटच्या गुहेत पिण्याच्या पाण्याचे टाके आहे. इंद्राई किल्ल्यावरून चांदवड\, राजदेहेर\, कोळधेर\, धोडप ईखारा हा सर्व परिसर दिसतो. \nतर चला तर मग सातमाळ रांगेतील वाजेपर्यंत इंद्राई किल्ल्याच्या पायथ्याला गावात आगमन. फ्रेश होऊन सकाळी ६ वाजता गड चढाईला सुरुवात. गडाची आणि परिसराची माहिती घेत २~३ तासात गड माथ्यावर पोहचून घरून आणलेला नाश्ता करणे. गड फिरून अंदाजे १.३० पर्यंत खाली उतरून गावात दुपारचे जेवण करणे. त्यानंतर प्राचीन शनी मंदिर (वर्दडी) कडे प्रस्थान. अंदाजे अर्ध्या तासात मंदिरात पोहोचून दर्शन करून राजधेर वाडीत मुक्काम.\nरात्री जेवणाआधी सहभागी October 2025 \nThis time Shivshaurya Trekkers has planned an expedition to a neglected fort. In Nashik district\, a range of Sahyadri starts from Surgana and ends at Chandwad. It then goes to Ankai near Manmad. This range is called Ajanta-Satamal range. There are 4 forts in Chandwad taluka. Rajdeher\, Koldher\, Indrai and Chandwad. Out of these\, we are going to visit Indrai and Rajdeher forts. \nAt the southern end of Chalisgaon taluka\, there is the fort “Rajdeher” alias “Dheri” in the Satmal mountain range. This remote fort is situated on two hills and the architect has planned to enter the fort through the ghal in it so that the enemy approaching the fort will be within striking distance from both the hills. \nPlaces to visit at Indrai Fort After climbing the steps of the fort\, a Parsi inscription is carved on the rock on the left side of the entrance. The remains of the entrance are still there. The fort is spacious. A row of caves dug in the rock can be seen at a short distance. If you go a little further\, you will find 18 to 20 caves dug in the rock. Some of these caves are suitable for living. The last cave has a drinking water tank. First Mahadarwaja is circular type\, on Second darwaja there is carving of Lion and legendary animal ‘Sharabh’. About Lingana Fort:\nLingana is a massive pinnacle on the mainline of the Sahyadris between Raigad and Torna. Lingana takes its name from its shape which is like a linga. First half of Lingana is easy to climb while the second is difficult. Lingana’s rock cut steps have been destroyed and the fort is almost completely inaccessible.\nThe technical expertise needed to climb this fort as reaching summit involves massive 1200 ft technical climbing & while descending approx 600 ft rappelling which requires all mountaineering equipments & certified experience. ITINERARY:\nDay 1 –\n08:00 pm – Meet Shiledar Team @ Pritam Da Dhaba Dadar(E)\n10:00 pm – Meet Shiledar Team @ Laxminarayan Theatre Pune\nDepart to Lingana. Non Stop Journey towards Lingana. \nDay 2 –\n02:00 am – Reach base village Mohari \n02:30 am – wake up call & refreshment. All are requested to wake up immediately. \n03:00 am – After refreshment have a Breakfast. \n03:30 am – After Briefing\, Immediately start the trek of one hour towards Railing Platue. \n04:30 am – Reach Railing Platue & Start Descending the Boratyachi Naal (Tough Route\, Loose Rocks). Then take a Traverse to Railing Platue. \n05:30 am – Reach Base of Lingana. Equipment Introduction\, Briefing. Keep your Harness & Tape Sling Ready. \n06:00 am – Start Actual Climbing Lingana with the Team Shiledar with 100% Safety. \n07:00 am – Reach Cave. Keep unnecessary things in a Cave. Fill up the water bottles in Water tank near Cave. You have completed around 450 feet Lingana Rock Climbing till cave. Now Get Ready for Next 550 Feet Lingana Climbing. (Please keep Patience while others participants are doing Rock Climbing\, because next 550 feet part of Lingana is little tough than first part). \n09:30 am – Lingana Summit. Feel Proud on the top. Proud to be Shiledars. You have reached the top of difficult Lingana pinnacle with great efforts\, Patience & Co-Operation. Take Raigad Darshan from the Top of Lingana. After some rest immediately start descending the Lingana one by one. In some parts of Lingana you need to Rappel down & in some cases you have to descend Manually\, of course with the safety of self anchor. \n01:00 pm – Reach Cave. Have a packed Lunch. \n01:30 pm – Start Rappelling around 350 feet. Don’t forget to Fill up the water bottles. No water is available till Mohari Village. \n04:00 pm – Reach the Base of Lingana. Climb Boratyachi Naal. Keep all the equipments in your bag or you can carry it on your shoulders. Immediately start walking towards Mohari Village. \n05:00 pm – Reach Railing Platue. Keep your Torch Ready. Take a Rest while all participants will reach the Platue. \n06:30 pm – Reach Mohari Village. Submit the Equipments to the Leader.\n(Any Loss or damage of equipment will be chargeable according to market Price.)\nImmediately Start the Dinner. \n07:30 pm – Start return journey with sweet adventure memories.
