(8-10 किलो पेक्षा जास्त नसावी).२) MBBS डॉक्टरचे सर्टिफिकेट (होमिओपॅथिक किंवा आयुर्वेदिक नाही) भरून आपण या ट्रेकसाठी फिट आहोत याची खात्री करून ते सर्टिफिकेट मोहीमप्रमुख यांच्याकडे ट्रेकपूर्वी किमान 15 दिवस सुपूर्द करायचे आहे (सॉफ्टकॉपी चालेल). Trek application form आणि medical certificate form सहभागी सदस्यांना शिवशौर्य ट्रेकर्स तर्फे पाठविण्यात येतील. ते भरून द्यायचे असतील.वय वर्ष 45 पुढील सदस्यांनी ECG काढणे आवश्यक आहे.३) आयोजकांकडे Emergency मेडिकल किट आहे. तरी\, प्रत्येक सदस्याने वैयक्तिक औषधे आणायचे आहे. हिमालयात प्राणवायूची कमतरता असल्याने सोबत कापूर बाळगावा.४) ट्रेकमध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारचे कोणत्याही कारणास्तव व्यसन करू दिले जाणार नाही. तसे आढळल्यास ट्रेकमधून बडतर्फ करण्याचे हक्क मोहीमप्रमुख व पर्यायाने शिवशौर्य ट्रेकर्स कडे असतील५) ट्रेक सदस्याने आपली Haversack स्वतः आणावी. तसेच\, आपले अतिरिक्त सामान सोनमर्ग येथील बेसकॅम्प मध्ये ठेवण्याची व्ययस्था केली जाईल. मात्र\, या सामानात कुठल्याही मौल्यवान वस्तू नसाव्यात\, त्या असल्यास त्यांची जबाबदारी स्वतः सदस्यांची असेल. कोणतीही वस्तू गहाळ झाल्यास शिवशौर्य ट्रेकर्स त्याला जबाबदार राहणार नाही.६) हिमालयात चालतील असे चांगल्या प्रतीचे बर्फात चालतील असे ankle length waterproof shoes ट्रेक सदस्याने ट्रेकसाठी घालायचे आहेत. बर्फात चालताना शक्यतो snow hand gloves वापरावेत.७) हिमालयात मे महिन्यात रात्रीसुद्धा खूप प्रचंड गारठा असल्याने गरम कपडे ज्याने त्याने आपापल्या सोयी आणि गरजेनुसार आणायचे आहेत (किमान 1 thermals). तसेच\, ट्रेक मध्ये ते स्वतः घेऊन चालायचे देखील आहे.
