Kumudini Lake\, is a small lake inside Kaas flower plateau which is full of beautiful kumudini flowers. \nVajrai Waterfall: Vajrai is among the tallest waterfalls in India\, and we will be trekking to the Vajrai viewpoint. This involves a hike of 4 to 5 km. \nShivsagar lake: A picturesque location is one of the largest backwaters of the Koyana Dam in Satara. \nSajjangad – The stunning Sajjangad Fort is situated amid the rugged landscape of the Western Ghats\, located roughly 16 kilometres from Satara. It is one of West India’s protected monuments and is primarily recognized as a pilgrimage site. The fort was used as a residential and defensive structure until it was turned into a monument. \nBaramotichi Vihir: It also known as the ‘Twelve Pillar Stepwell’\, is a magnificent example of ancient Indian architecture. It is a circular stepwell with twelve pillars that support the structure. The stepwell is around 30 meters deep\, and its walls are adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures. The fort is about 400+ years old and often covered with flowering plants especially Sonki. Ratangad is also called Jewels of the Forts.  \nRatangad has a natural rock peak with a cavity in it at the top which is called ‘Nedhe’ or ‘Eye of the Needle’. The fort has four gates Ganesh\, Hanuman\, Konkan and Trimbak.  \nAt the base of this fort is ancient Lord Shiva temple about 1000+ years old\, the Amruteshwar Temple at Ratanwadi\, famous for its carvings\, dating back to the Hemadpant Era – roughly from the eighth century.  \nFrom the top of the fort neighbouring forts like Alang\, Kulang\, Madangad\, Harishchandragad\, Patta are seen easily.
