चालणे)\, सामान कमीत कमी आणावे. जरुरी पुरते कपडे\, गरज असल्यास चालताना काठी.२) चांगल्या प्रतीचे ट्रेकिंग बूट\, मोजे\, एक्स्ट्रा चप्पल\, रेनकोट\, जरुरी पुरते कपडे (कपड्यांचे फक्त २ सेट)\, टूथब्रश टूथ पेस्ट\, साबण\, टॉवेल.३) जेवणासाठी ताट\, वाटी\, पेला\, चमचा\, पाण्याची १ लिटर बाटली\, टिफिन बॉक्स (pack lunch घेण्यासाठी). स्वतः पुरता सुका खाऊ.४) अंथरुण\, पांघरुण\, स्वतःच्या आकाराची प्लास्टिक शीट (ओल्या जमिनीवर अंथरण्यासाठी)\, टॉर्च\, कॅमेरा.५) व्यक्तिगत औषधे जवळ बाळगावीत\, Zole-F Ointment व इलेकट्रोल पाकीट अतिआवश्यक.६) वरील सर्व सामान छोट्या छोट्या प्लास्टिक पिशव्यांमध्ये भरून त्या सर्व
