SUMMARY:Panhala - Pawankhind - Vishalgad Cycle Tour - 14 July 2023
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun-filled three-day cycling ride from one of the iconic places in Southern Maharashtra. The ride is designed to follow one of the historic events. \nTick the ride off your bucket list if you haven’t done it before\, and get along your family and friends. \nDate: Friday-Saturday-Sunday\, 14th-16th July 2023. \nDifficulty: Moderate-Hard (Recommended for participants with some practice from 13 years up to 70 years\, friends\, and family with average fitness.) \nNON-CYCLING family and friends are welcome to accompany in their own vehicle. \nDistance and elevation – 155 kms\, 1816m elevation gain \nItinerary – \nDay 1: Travel to Panhala and Panhala Fort Cycle Tour (approximately 5 km) \nStart the travel from Pune to Panhala at 7:00am. After having breakfast\, reach Pahanala fort around 1:00pm. Lunch\, bike assembly and rest till 3:30pm\, followed by a guided tour of Panhala fort starting at 4:30pm. The tour will take around 1 hrs 30 mins\, after which everyone will have a choice to either stay at the hotel and rest\, or cycle up nearby Jyotiba climb. \nDelicious Kolhapuri Dinner in the evening around 8:00pm. \nDay 2: Panhala to Vishalgad via Pawankhind (80.5 kms) \nScenic ride after Malkapur\, with amazing roads and less traffic. Exploring Pawankhind on the way to Vishalgad fort. \nThe ride ends at Vishalgad\, but participants can continue to ride through the amazing Sahyadrinagar forest on our way to Amba. \nAwesome roads\, almost no traffic and riding through some of the most scenic roads in the sahyadri range in southern Maharashtra. \nDay 3: Amba to Karad via Malkapur (69 kms) \nThe last day of the tour starts from Amba and finishes at Karad via Malkapur. \nThe road from Malkapur to Karad is one of the most amazing roads to cycle on. We cycle alongside windmills and valleys\, which provide plenty of photo opportunities. \nCHARGES: \nComprehensive tour package –  \n1.
