This trek first begins with an easy uphill climb to Prabalmachi\, the base village of Kalavatin\, followed by summiting the Kalavantin fortress. To reach the fortress\, you will be ascending through steep and narrow rock-cut steps with no iron rails or any support on one side. The trail gets steeper and vertigo-inducing as you make your way up while enjoying the incredible views of the green jungle below.
