SUMMARY:AADRAI JUNGLE & WATERFALL TREK - 25 June 2023
DESCRIPTION:The Aadrai jungle trek is Sahyadri’s most enchanting and unexplored.The trek through lush green forests and dense bushes will take you to the heart of the perfect nature with its beautiful waterfalls and streams. Aadrai forest is known as the secret forest. Due to the thick fog in the rainy season\, this forest looks mysterious. So let’s explore this Secret Forest and  Beautiful Waterfalls  \n​ \nDeparture: 05.00 am – Pick up will start from common locations (Sinhagad road – Navale Bridge – Banglore highway – Wakad – Shivar Garden chowk – Nashik Phata)  \n08.30 am – Reach to base village Khireshwar and enjoy the breakfast \n09.00 am – Trek will start and explore the forest and view  \n12.00 pm – Start the trek towards the base village  \n01.30 pm – Reach to the base village\, freshen up and lunch  \n03.00 pm – Start for Pune  \n06.00 pm – Reach Pune \n(Brief will be disclosed after final registration)  \n​ \nThere will be delays in the event wind up in case any below situations will arise– Rescue– Technical problem– Change in the climatic conditions– Traffic \nExcluding  \nCold drinksMineral water etc.Personal and food expensesExtra breakfast\, meals etc.Medical expenses are other than first aid.Any other charges not mentioned in “Includes” \nThings To Carry Bag packsack  •  Shoes  •  Water bottle  •  Personal Medicine  •  Sun Glasses  •  Cap  •  Mask  • empty tiffin   •   Extra pair of clothes (T-shirt and track pants)   •  goggle •  Rain suit or jacket •  Dry snack like laddu\, chivada\, cake. \n​ \nAdvisory  \n1. You are responsible for yourself if you are injured or have an accident during this period. Organizers will not be responsible for this. \n8.In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions\, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases\, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However\, no refund will be provided for the same. \n​ \nCancellation Policy: \nBelow are the terms & conditions that apply if the event will be cancelled by the participants’ side after the payment is made. \nCancellation before event 5 Days\, the refund amount  90% of the event cost and 10% admin\, processing charges will be deducted. \nCancellation before event 3 Days\, the refund amount  50% of the event cost and 10% admin\, processing charges will be deducted. \nCancellation before event 2 Days\, the no refunding \n​ \nThe event can be postponed or cancelled due to the below reasons : \nBad weather\, unsafe climatic conditions\, break down of mode of transportation\, equipment breakages or any other or extraordinary circumstances out of our control. \nIn such cases\, the paid amount will be applicable for the next batch of the same event. \nIf the Event is cancelled by GTRIBE EXPERIENCES LLP Management\, the 100% amount will be refunded to paid participants within a week time. \nfacebook.com/events/958443145195889/
