Join us for an unforgettable experience with the Fireflies Night Trek to Kothaligad! Witness the magical sight of thousands of fireflies twinkling in the dark forest, creating a breathtaking natural light show. This unique event takes place during the pre-monsoon season, the perfect time for fireflies and glow worms to light up as they attract their mates through bioluminescence.

📅 Dates: Leaving on 8th June and returning on 9th June 2024

Highlights of the Tour:

Experience the enchanting sight of twinkling fireflies.
Explore historical views of Kalwawantinicha Mahal, Nagfani, Siddhagad, Malanggad, Chanderi, Prabalgad, and Manikgad.
Enjoy a thrilling stair climb towards the peak.
Engage in an easy and fun-filled climb with lots of memories.
Discover fort features such as cannon marks, temples, and potholes.
Itinerary:
🕦 11:30 PM: Meet BAAN team at Karjat Station.
🕧 12:30 AM: Reach the base village and freshen up.
🕐 1:00 AM: Introduction round.
🕜 1:30 AM: Start the trek to the fort and see the fireflies en route.
🕓 4:10 AM: Reach the top of the fort and rest until sunrise.
🕡 6:40 AM: Start descending after sunrise and click lots of photos.
🕘 9:00 AM: Reach the base village, freshen up, and have breakfast.
🕙 10:00 AM: Leave for Karjat.
🕚 11:00 AM: Reach Karjat Station.
🕐 1:20 PM: Reach Mumbai and make a promise to meet soon.

Firefly sightings depend on weather conditions.
Avoid carrying heavy backpacks; keep items in plastic bags to protect them from rain.
