Welcome to PlacesAroundPune with first monsoon trek of the season – Dukes Nose Trek!

About Dukes Nose:

Dukes nose also known as Nagphani now popularly known as Dukes Nose after Duke Wellington. Nagphani means hood of snake. Popular hiking trail located in between Khandala and Lonavala, giving mesmerizing views.

Highlights:
– Visit Shiva Temple on Dukes Nose Plateau
– Enjoy Lonavala monsoon weather Fog, Rains, Winds, Cold climate
– Picturesque views and good photography.

Pickup Points:
– Magarpatta City
– Jahagir Hospital
– Khadkee
– Nashik Phata.

Itinerary:
– Leave from Pune early morning around 6AM.
– Reach base village, and have breakfast.
– Start trek towards Dukes Nose Plateau and peak.
– Spend quality time in nature, group fun and photography time.
– Start decent trek from other side of the plateau.
– Reach back base village and have delicious lunch.
– Post Lunch, Leave for Pune with Lots of Memories to Cherish!
