If organisers cancel the event then full amount will be refunded.
If participant cancels then :
•75% refund for cancellations made 8+ days before the event.
•50% refund for cancellations made 4-7 days before the event.
•No refund for cancellations within 3 days of the event.
•Tickets are non-transferable to another person or date.
That cancellation charges are calculated on the Total amount payable and not of advance amount paid.
