Trek to Harishchandragad via Taramati Nali (Highest Nali of Sahyadri)

Description :
Taramati route of Harishchandragad was explored by Isolation Zone in Jan 2013 under the guidance of senior mountaineer & explorer Arun Sawant sir.
In this trek, you will be facing 10-12 rock patches on the way up and 100 feet big traverse. The 8-10 hours daunting uphill climb, get ready to push your limit and experience the thrill. After the tough trek what better than camping at mighty KonkanKada. So we are going to camp on Konkankada under the open sky watching stars.
Grade : Difficulty High (High Endurance Trek )
Itinerary :
– Friday night Departure from Mumbai by 10pm.
Day 1:
– Reach base village near Savarne and take rest.
– Saturday early morning, Start the trek from the village at 4 AM.
– At noon have the lunch brought from home on the way.
– Reach at Konkankada by a late evening around 6-7PM.
– Pitch our tents, help to cook the dinner and have the dinner under the sky at mighty Konkankada.
– Rest for the day.
Day 2:
– Sunday morning, get up, experience Sunrise from KonkanKada, have breakfast.
– Start descending journey via Khireshwar route.- Reach Khireshwar before lunch time.
– Have lunch at Khireshwar.
– Start the return journey towards Mumbai.
– Reach Mumbai by 8 PM
– Conclude the trek with happy memories.
