🔺 About Tulip Festival:
The Kashmir Tulip Festival is an annual event which is held at the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden which is Asia’s largest tulip garden and one of the magnificent nature’s retreats in Srinagar. There are around 60 varieties of tulips spread across this 30 hectares land which attracts many nature lovers and people having an interest in horticulture and floriculture.
The garden is located at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range which gives a picturesque of the Dal Lake and the snow-covered mountain peaks in the backdrop.
🔺 Itinerary:
Day 01: Srinagar Sightseeing
• Meeting point at Srinagar Airport by 09.00 am
• Check in to Hotel and get fresh & have tea snacks
• Visit Mughal Garden (Tulip Garden, Nishad, Shalimar, Cheshme Shahi)
• Enjoy Shikara Ride at evening
• Dinner and good night
Day 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
• Wake up call at 6.00 am sharp
• Finish breakfast by 8 am and move for Gulmarg
• Gulmarg sightseeing by private vehicle
• You can do shopping on return to Srinagar
• Dinner & good night
Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar
• Wake up call at 6.00 am sharp
• Breakfast by 8.00 and move towards Pahalgam
• Pahalgam sightseeing by private vehicle
• You can do shopping on return to Srinagar
• Dinner & good night
Day 04: Srinagar airport
• Wake up call at 6.00 am sharp
• Breakfast by 8.30 am
• Check out and local shopping
• Get ready for Srinagar airport after lunch
Time to return home with tons of pictures and beautiful memories to cherish forever.

• Airfare / Train fare or travel cost to reach till Srinagar
• Any expenses of personal nature such as travel and medical insurance, drinks, mineral water, extra tea, laundry, telephone/fax, calls, additional porterage or transportation
• Horse ride at Pahalgam/ Gulmarg
• Gondola ride charges
• Extra adventure activities charges
• Any additional expenses caused by reason beyond our control such as natural calamities (landslides, floods etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs etc.
• Any tips and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above
• Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by the participant
• Any service not specifically mentioned in the Includes sections.

🔺 Required documents for the trip:
Medical certificate stating your fitness & two passports sized photographs are a must for Inner Line Permit.
🔺 Criteria for participation:
Even though minimum age limit to register for the program is 12 years, children less than 18 years of age are accepted for the treks / trips only with a parent’s/guardian’s undertaking.

• Sun protection, cold cream & moisturizer (sunscreen/lip balm/sunglasses)
• One valid Identity Proof, along with a Photocopy preferably Adhar Card
• Insulation (jacket/ personal clothing/ fleece gloves/ hat or cap)
• Illumination (headlamp or flashlight (Plus spare – Extra batteries)
• Personal first-aid kit
• Energy food
• Hydration bag or water bottle
• Bandana or buff
• Rainwear (jacket, pants) (depend on weather)

🔺 RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited
• No plastic littering
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes.
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage
🔺 Terms and Conditions:
• Participant needs to get the personal medicines if any
• All the accommodations will be on sharing basis (3 person) in all the stay locations
• Participants needs to take care of belongings and all the electrical devices, cameras and ornaments. TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for any kind of loss (accidental/ natural)
• Since its a group activity, the group leaders decision will be final and we encourage support from all the participant for the same
• We are visiting to high territory, so any change in itinerary due to incidents such as natural calamities, bad conditions or other issues which is not in our control will be cost effective to all
