🔺 Short info:
Lonar Lake, also known as Lonar crater, is a notified National Geo-heritage Monument, saline, soda lake, located at Lonar in Buldhana district, Maharashtra, India.

Lonar Lake is formed around 52,000 years ago as a result of a meteor striking the surface of the earth, travelling at an estimated speed of 90,000 kmph.

It is one of only four known hyper-velocity impact craters in basaltic rock anywhere on Earth. The other three basaltic impact structures are in southern Brazil.

The water of the lake is both saline and alkaline in nature, which makes it one-of-its-kind not only in India, but also in the world.
There are temples around 1250 years ago.

🔺 Itinerary:
🔹Day 00: Friday
Departure to Jalna from Dadar, Mumbai by Private vehicle at 10.30pm

🔹Day 01: Saturday
Reach Jalna around 5.00 am
Start towards Lonar and reach after two hours road journey
Check in hotel / MTDC Resort.
Freshen up and Breakfast
Briefing about the Lonar crater by Prof. Bugdane, a well known personality
Post Lunch explore nearby temples and cultural heritage of Lonar
Dinner and retire for the day

🔹Day 02: Sunday
Wake up call at 05:30 am sharp
Freshen up and Breakfast at 06:30 am
Start with the Lonar Crater Parikrama and visit various temples around lake
Back to the hotel for Lunch and check out by 1:00 pm
Visit Mehekar and Sindkhed Raja, a birth place of Rajmata Jijabai
Starts return journey from Jalna by 5:00 pm towards Mumbai

🔹Day 03: Monday
Reach Mumbai CST by 5.40 am / 7.00 am

🔺 Booking Policy:
• Just pay 50% (advance payment) and book your trip
• Pay balance amount after the all confirmation regarding your booking within 15 days from the date of departure

🔺 Cancellation Policy:
• Once the booking is done: Deduct 30% package cost, balance refund
• 30 days prior to departure: Deduct 40% of package cost, balance refund
• 15 Days prior to departure: Deduct 75% of package cost, balance refund
• 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of package cost, no refund here

Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you need to pay the differences. Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.

🔺 Things to carry:
• ID proof (must)
• Face Mask (must)
• Hand Sanitizer (must)
• Min. 2 liters water
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Rainywear (optional)
• Good sports / casual comfortable shoes and a pair of slip-ons, if required
• Extra pair of clothes (Compulsory)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

▪️ RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite or leeches
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for trekking
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• No deo / perfume. After trek it’s OK
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

🔺 Terms & Conditions:
• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
• No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
• No Show No Refund
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
