For 6 to 12 yrs kids ₹2500 per head
For 13 yrs n above ₹3200 per head

Grade: Easy, Educational event
Duration: 1 Night- 1 Day
Nearest Location: Aasangaon
Maximum participants: 20 participants only

🔺 Itinerary:
#Day 01:
16.00 Hrs: Meeting point at Aasangaon Railway Station
Journey will starts from Station towards site by private local transportation
17.00 Hrs: Will reach at Base village
We serve Snacks n tea
After Snacks you can walk to the Lake
17.45 Hrs: Introduction round and instructions round
18.00 Hrs: Introductory Lecture on Astronomy
19.00 Hrs: The real time Observation begins by using Telescope
21.00 Hrs: After 2hrs Observation break time for Dinner (veg/ nonveg/ jain food available)
Enjoy the Dinner n rest time
22.00 Hrs: Observation will be continuing after Dinner till midnight
After Observation Good night n sweet dreams..

#Day 02:
08.00 Hrs: Good Morning n get ready to return journey after breakfast
10.30 Hrs: Reach Aasangaon Railway Station

🔺 Inclusions:
* Evening Snacks, Dinner n Breakfast with tea
* Aasangaon to Aasangaon transportation
* Accommodation in AC dormitory room (for Tent Stay charges will be extra)
* Technical n Guide Charges

* GST 5%

1. Travel expense to reach till Meeting Point, train tickets, mineral water, any kind of insurance, soft-drinks etc.
2. Anything other than the above mentioned inclusions.

🔺 Things to carry:
* ID proof
* Face Mask (must)
* Hand Sanitizer (must)
* Min. 2 liters water
* Toiletry Kit with Towel
* Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
* Rainywear (optional)
* 1 Notebook and 1 Pen (for Kids only)
* Good trekking shoes preferably Action
* Extra pair of clothes (optional)
* Winter Jacket or Sweater
* A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
* Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
* Camera (optional)
* Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
* Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

***Notes: Please keep in mind that we shall change our policies and procedures based on Government regulations in future. As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.

* Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
* No plastic littering
* Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite or leeches
* Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for trekking
* Conserve and preserve our heritage
* Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
* Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

🔺 Terms & Conditions:
* We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
* No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
* Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
* TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
* Any damage to the property will be chargeable
* 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
* No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
* No Show No Refund
* Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
