🔺 About Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur:
Village Kartarpur is located at the west bank of river Ravi where Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji spent last 18 years of his life. Gurdwara Dera Baba Nanak is about 1 km from the Indo- Pakistan border and on the east bank of River Ravi. To the west side of the river is located the town of Kartarpur, Pakistan. Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib falls in district Narowal of Pakistan, about 4.5 k.m. from the international border near the historic town of Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur, Punjab. The Indian part of Dera Baba Nanak – Sri Kartarpur Sahib corridor involves a 4.1 k.m. long four lane highway from Dera Baba Nanak to international border and a state of the art Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) at the international border. Dera Baba Nanak is a city situated in Gurdaspur district in the state of Punjab, India. Followers of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji built the town and named it Dera Baba Nanak after their great ancestor.

🔺 Itinerary:

Day 00:
• Meet TraWell Amigos team at Amritsar Railway station as per train timetable
• Hotel check in and Night stay at Amritsar

Day 01:
07.00 Hrs: Ready for Amritsar sightseeing
• Relish delicious Amritsari dinner
• Night stay at Amritsar

Day 02:
05.00 Hrs: Good morning
05.30 Hrs: Get ready for Hussainwala Indo-Pak Border visit
06.30 Hrs: After Breakfast, Journey starts for Firozpur
• 15.00 Hrs: Return journey starts from Firozpur towards Amritsar Hotel
• 17.00 Hrs: Return to Amritsar Hotel
• Night stay at Amritsar

Day 03:
05.00 Hrs: Good morning
05.30 Hrs: Get ready for Kartarpur visit
06.30 Hrs: Check out after Breakfast and Journey starts for Kartarpur
09.00 Hrs: Visit Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib corridor, instructions regarding immigration and check in will be given at the location
• 15.00 Hrs: Return journey starts from Gurudwara towards India side
• 17.00 Hrs: Return to Amritsar station
• 18.00 Hrs: Return train from Amritsar to Mumbai

🔺 Please Note:
• All Pilgrims who propose to visit Sri Kartarpur Sahib in district Narowal, Pakistan must register and book the slot well in advance at least 30 days before the trip
• Registration does not confer a right to travel
• Applicants who are granted permission will be sent electronic travel authorization (ETA) on the e-mail address provided in their application
• Pilgrims are required to bring a copy of the ETA to Dera Baba Nanak ICP
• Pilgrims will go in the morning and shall have to return the same day
• Pilgrims shall be allowed to visit only Sri Kartarpur Sahib and not anywhere outside
• Indian pilgrims entering through the Corridor will have to pay US 20$ at the entry point

🔺 Do’s
• Eco-friendly material, preferably cloth bags should be used & surroundings should be kept clean
• Currency as per RBI regulations must be followed
• Only one baggage upto 7 kg weight including drinking water may be carried

🔺 Don’ts
• Do not carry any item mentioned in the negative list
• Smoking, drinking and use of tobacco is not allowed inside Passenger Terminal Building(PTB) Complex
• Do not touch any unattended article. Inform about anything suspicious to the authorities
• Playing loud music and photographing others without permission may not be done

• Porterage at Hotels and Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc.
• All Items of personal nature
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.
• Any increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading to an increase in surface transport

🔺 Booking Conditions:
• 30% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 40% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking·
• 30% pay amount before 5 days of the departure date.

🔺 Cancellation Policy:
• Once the booking is done: 30% Package cost
• 30 days prior to departure: 50% of Package Cost
• 15 Days prior to departure: 75% of Package Cost
• 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost

🔺 Caution & Remarks:
Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above.
Avoid medication such as sleeping tablets, sedatives, strong painkillers, and antihistamines Which depress the respiratory and increase the risk of (AMS-Active Mountain Sickness) Especially while sleeping.

Last but most Important: Trip itinerary and Contact details left with friend or Home.

• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
• No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
• No Show No Refund
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
