🔹Day 01:
LTT @ 11:30 Hrs
Departure by Train- Netravati Express

🔹Day 02:
05:00 Hrs: @ Mangaluru Railway Station
3 Hrs drive to Coorg
by private vehicle
Breakfast en-route
09:00 Hrs : Bhagmandala
10:00 Hrs : Tala Kaveri – Dakshin Kashi — Foothills of Brahmagiri Hills
Drive to Madikeri
13:00 Hrs : Check in Hotel – Freshen Up
14:00 Hrs : Lunch Time
Madikeri Exploration
Abbey Waterfall
Madikeri Fort
Omkareshwara Temple
Rajas Seat & Tomb
Shopping, dinner and overnight stay at Coorg.

🔹Day 03:
Check out After Breakfast
Dubere Elephant Camp – Elephant Grooming , Feeding,
Ride
Exploration Time (~ 3 Hrs Time )
Nisargadhama :- An Island formed by river cauvery
En-route Have a Lunch
Bylakuppe :- Largest Tibetian settlement in South India
18:00 Hrs : Drive to Mangluru
21:00 Hrs :: @ Mangluru Station
Dinner time
Departure by Train – 16346 – Netravati Express to Mumbai

16:15 Hrs :: @ Panvel
17:00 Hrs :: @ Thane
17:45 Hrs :: @ LTT

• Mangaluru to Mangaluru transportation in private vehicle
• To & Fro SL Class tickets from Mumbai – Manglore – Mumbai
• Accommodation on triple sharing basis (for double sharing cost will be extra at actual)
• Breakfast, Lunch n Dinner at the time of Event only (train journey food is not included)
• All Entry fees (Except Camera Fee)
• All Toll, Parking Fee, Driver charges & Fuel Cost
• TraWell Amigos tour leader
• GST 5% and admin charge

• Meals not mentioned in the Itinerary
• Anything not mentioned in the Inclusions
• Porterage at Hotels and Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc.
• All Items of Personal Nature like mineral water, cold drinks, nimbu pani etc.
• Any Cost arising due to Natural Calamities like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.
• Any Increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading To an Increase In Surface Transport
• Ayurveda Charges
• Only Non Ac rooms are provided in Coorg as they are Hill Stations. Mandatory X- Mas / New Year Eve Supplementary Charges that should be paid by the Guest directly to the Hotels concerned

🔺 Last date for registration: Till the seats are available to get confirmed seats, OR till the batch gets full.

🔺 Things to carry:
• ID proof (must)
• Face Mask (must)
• Hand Sanitizer (must)
• Min. 2 liters water
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Rainywear (optional)
• Moisturizer / lip balm / sunscreen
• Good sport / casual / comfortable shoes and a pair of slip-ons, if required
• Extra pair of clothes (Compulsory)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

***Notes: Please keep in mind that we shall change our policies and procedures based on Government regulations in future. As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.

▪️ RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite or leeches
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for trekking
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

🔺 Terms & Conditions:
• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
• No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
• No Show No Refund
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
