Day 01: Amritsar to Dalhousie (210km)
20.00 Hrs: Arrive at Amritsar
– Dinner and journey starts for Dalhousie

Day 02: Dalhousie to Khajjiar and return (50km) Short drive to Mini Switzerland of India
03.00 Hrs: Will reach Dalhousie early morning and Check into the Rooms
08.00 Hrs: Get ready for Dalhousie Sightseeing after breakfast
– We will leave for Khajjiar Lake and Nag Temple and Kalatop Sanctuary
– Enroute Lunch and Shopping
– Dinner and Night Stay at Dalhausie

Day 03: Dalhousie to Dharamshala (120km)
06.00 Hrs: Wakeup call
07.00 Hrs: Check out and ready for Dharamshala via mesmerizing Mountain view after breakfast
+ Dharamshala Sightseeing
+ Check in at Dharamshala Hotel
+ Dinner and Night Stay at Dharamshala

Day 04: Dharamshala to Mcleodganj and return (25km)
06.00 Hrs: Wakeup call
07.00 Hrs: Get ready for McLeod Ganj Sightseeing after breakfast
+ Enroute Lunch and Shopping
+ Dinner and Night Stay at Dharamshala

Day 05: Dharamshala to Kangra to Amritsar (240km)
06.00 Hrs: Wakeup call
07.00 Hrs: Check out and ready for Amritsar via Kangra Sightseeing after breakfast
+ Enroute Lunch
16.00 Hrs: Trip end at Amritsar (that would be subjective)

🔺 Booking Condition
• 40% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
• 40% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking
• 30% pay amount before 5 days of the departure date

🔺 Cancellation Policy
• Once the booking is done: 30% Package cost
• 30 days prior to departure: 40% of Package Cost
• 15 Days prior to departure: 75% of Package Cost
• 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost

🔺 Caution & Remarks
Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above
Avoid medication such as sleeping tablets, sedatives, strong painkillers, and antihistamines Which depress the respiratory and increase the risk of (AMS-Active Mountain Sickness) Especially while sleeping

Last but most Important: Trip itinerary and Contact details left with friend or Home.

• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for Cycling
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage
• Collect all garbage and carry back with you

• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during Cycling event
• Leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• No refund in case if you cancel the plan
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
