The night will bring its share of surprises… sometimes it is best to just experience them – Join us for an overnight trek to one of the most scenic hill forts in the country.

Adding to this excitement of night trek there will be a pleasant campfire on top of the fort, where we will surround ourselves with some interesting folklores and legends that account both unsettling and fortunate occurrences.

Day 1 – Nov 26th Saturday
Night Departure at 10:00 pm from Blue Nile restaurant by AC Bus.
Trek Location – Rajgad fort
Trekking route – Gunjawne
11:50 pm Gunjawne villge to Padmavati Machi night trek
4:30 am Reach Padmavati temple and rest

Day 2 – Nov 27 Sunday – Padmavati Machi to Bale Killa (Top of the fort), ascend starts at 6:00 am; descend starts at 8:00 am. Reach base village Pali at 11:00 am
Lunch at 12:30 pm.
Return to Pune by 3:30 pm

INCLUSIONS

• Travel and toll: Non AC Bus Pick up and drop off from our selected pick up points.
• Tea and snacks for the trek.
• All veg: Breakfast and lunch on day 2
• Packaged drinking water for the trip, that must be carried in your own bottle.
• Tour guides and camp leader’s expertise and guidance.
• Medical assistance if required.

• Personal expenses (beverages, snacks, equipment)
• Personal medication
• Meals purchased along the road journey, dinner at the base village on day one and dinner on day 2, evening tea and snacks on day 2

Things to carry: It will be cold during the night and early morning and warm during the day so plan accordingly.

You will need full body clothing, jackets, track pants, pullovers, and sweaters make sure they are not bulky.

IMPORTANT:

Please take care of all your belongings, you can leave your bags in the bus during the trek, it will be kept very safe.
Notify us immediately in case of any medical emergency.
We do not provide and encourage carrying any alcoholic drinks or substance; you will be at your own responsibility to leave the trek if found under any influence, without any refund and costs that may occur for your departure.
Adventure camping and outdoor sports/ recreation is purely for nature lovers and not for party groups; we respect nature and do our best to spread awareness about wilderness conservation.
Historic forts hold pride and valor for those who ruled there and we request you to show some respect by not indulging in any activity that will be disrespectful towards the historic figures and the present community living there.
Be sure that you are responsible for your own personal belongings
We like to keep the wildlife wild. We follow – leave no trace policy, we request you to carry your trash until we find a proper disposal bin.
