How to reach Revdanda:

• People joining from Pune and Mumbai have to reach the campsite by own.
• Revdanda Beach campsite is located at a distance of approx. 160km from Pune and 115km from Mumbai via road or boat.

Day One – 1st January 2023

• 04:00 pm Check-in at the campsite
• 04:15 pm – Orientation and Tent allotment
• Welcome Drink (mango Sharbat)
• 04:30 pm to 05:00 pm – Free time, explore campsite and Beach till 5 PM
• 05:00 pm – Tea and Snacks (Misal Pav and Manchow Soup), Games
• Go for a Beach Walk and Enjoy the beautiful sunset
• 07:00 pm – Games
• 07:30 pm – BBQ
• 09:30 pm to 10:00 pm – Dinner, DJ Music, and Dance Floor
• 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm – Live Music
• 12:00 am – Wish Lantern & Fire Works
• 12:15 am – Movie Screening
• Bonfire time with Friends and Family

Day 2 – 2nd January 2023

• 08:00 am to 9:00 am – Breakfast (Poha and Shira and Maggi)
• Enjoy the sunrise. Explore Revdanda Fort (Optional)
• 10:00 am – Leisure time – Photo session, Explore surrounding nature and Beach
• 11:00 am – Check out with sweet memories

• Does not include travel to and from the campsite
• Cold drinks, mineral water, fast food articles, biscuits, etc

Cancellation Policy:

• 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
• No show No Refund.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If the event gets canceled we will refund the “Trek Amount” only.
• If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
