Ratangad is one of the famous trekking fort among Sahyadri ranges in Maharashtra. This is located in Akole taluka of ahmednagar district. near Bhandardara @ ratanvadi base village.
The height of Ratangad is about 1297m from sea level. From the top of fort you can see AMK forts, kalsubai, Bhandardara water body, The fort is itself the origine of Pravara River.
This Fort has many caves and at the top there is temple of godess Ratnabai. Amazing views we can see from the top of fort. It has four gates to go inside the fort. The fort has about 400yrs old. The main attraction in this route is famous Mahadev temple in ratanvadi village which is built in Hemadpanthi type.

3pm onwords showing local points like kokankada ghatandevi
umbardara(Famous monkey point)
6 pm- fresh Tea
10 pm – unlimited Dinner (veg/non veg)

6am – wake up call
7:30am – Fresh up Timing
8:00am – Tea & Breakfast
8:30am- started journey for Sandhan Valley Rappling

10:30am – return to ghatghar Village
