Rajgad :-
Rajgad is a huge vast fort. Rajgad means King of all forts. Located south-west 40 Kms from Pune. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj spent a great deal of his time on this Fort close to 25 years. Rajgad is famous for its construction layout. The fort can be divided into four different parts based on geographical terrain and fortification. There are three sub-plateaux (Machee) namely Padmavati Machee, Suvela Machee, and Sanjevani Machee, and at the center is the Ballekilla.

Torna :-
Torna fort previously known as Prachandagad, the first fort captured by ShivajiMaharaj at the young age of 16, Torna became the most glorious chapter in the history of Shivaji’s conquests. When Shivaji Maharaj took over this fort from Adil Shah (Sultan of Vijapur) this fort did not had too much construction on it. After capturing this fort, Shivaji Maharaj started to construct some buildings on the forts and fortification for the fort. While construction ShivajiMaharaj also found a treasure on the fort! Assuming this to be a good omen, he utilised this money on construction of this fort and the fort “Rajgad”. This is one of the tallest forts in Maharashtra.

Borivali National Park (Main Gate)

Timing : 10:00 pm

Pickup points will be borivali – Andheri – sion – Chembur – vashi – Panvel.
Time will be share separately.
(Highway to Highway)

(Day 1 Saturday 26 Oct 2024)

Reach Rajgad base village Pali and freshen up.
06:00 am
Breakfast.
07:00 am Start ascending Rajgad fort via Pali Darwaja.
explore Padmawati machi, Suvela machi
After Lunch we will proceed to Bale Killa.
Sunset at Bale Killa.
07:00 pm Head back to Padmavati Temple
Campfire, Tent Camping near padmavati Machi (sharing besis)
Have dinner and go to sleep.

(Day 2 Sunday 27 Oct 2024)

Wake up call – 5:00 am
Fresh up & breakfast – 1 hour.
Resume the trek to Torna fort – 5 hours approx.
Explore Torna fort
Desend Torna fort approx 2 hours.
Lunch after reached Torna Base village.
Return back to Mumbai by 11 pm tentatively.
Trek end with happy memories.

1) Good grip Trek shoes, sliper (shoes Compulsory floaters are not allowed)
2) A bottle of water (2 ltr) compulsory
3) camera(optional), Avoid wearing Gold and other jewelry (at own risk)
4) Personal medicine & plastic bag, odomas or same brand, Torch compulsory.
5) Extra pair of cloths if required by you. (Double Wrap in plastic bag avoid drenched)
6) Any one original photo ID proof
7) Some ready eat food like plum cake, biscuits, fruits, Paratha/Thepala/Boiled Eggs etc, Glucon-D or Electrol
8) Full Sleeves T-Shirt & Full Trek Pant.

1) Any changes in the plans will be redirected by organizers in an emergency situations.
2) In case if any individual / group unable to attend event at last moment then no refund will provided.
3) Event schedule are tentative basis as if many change, depend on various factors (meeting/traffic/trek time) etc
4) Avoid going to any places, local huts houses or try to communicate with locals.
5) For confirmation of seat advance booking required.
6) The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members.
