Day – 1:

• 03:00 pm – Check-In & Welcome Evening Tea with Snacks (Tea, & Missal Unlimited)
• 04:00 pm – Games & Activities.
• (Cricket, Carrom, Archery, Playing Cards, Chees, Volleyball, Badminton, Dartboard)
• 06:00 pm – Watch the beautiful Sunset at Pawna dam
• 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm – Starters (Veg & Non-Veg Limited)
• 09:30 pm to 10:30 pm – Dinner (Veg & Non-Veg Unlimited)
• 09:00 pm to 12:00 am – DJ Sound System, Music, Laser Lights Show, and Bonfire.
• 12:00 am – Happy New Year celebration with Cake Cutting and Fireworks with DJ System)
• 12:00 am to 01:00 am – Live Music and Guitar Show
• 01:00 am to 06:30 am – Silent Zone

Day – 2:

• 07:30 am to 08:00 am – Sunrise View for early risers at Pawna Lake in Lonavala
• 08:00 am to 09:00 am – Morning tea with Breakfast (Tea, Poha and Jam Bread)
• 09:00 am to 10:00 am – Morning Lakeside Photoshoot
• 11:00 am – Check Out with Sweet & Lovable Memories…!!!

Important Notes:

• We are not selling any kind of alcohol at our campsite. You can carry your own alcohol along with a proper 1-day permit issued from the liquor shop.
• Make sure do not consume over alcohol. If anyone is found disturbing others’ privacy then said person will immediately or forcefully boycott from the campsite.

• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather
• Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required

• Extra pair of clothes & towel
• Comfortable footwear
• Warm clothing (during winter)
• Personal medicines (if any)
• Mosquito repellent cream

Cancellation Policy:

• 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
• No show No Refund.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If the event gets canceled we will refund the “Trek Amount” only.
• If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
