Overnight Thrilling Trek to Harihar Fort

Save as PDFHarihar fort appears to be rectangular in shape from its base village. It is built on a triangular prism of rock. Its three faces and two edges are absolutely vertical 90 degrees. The third edge towards the west is inclined at an angle of 75 degrees. A one-meter wide rocky staircase with niches in it is carved out for ascending & descending the fort. This fort was constructed to look upon the trade route through Gonda Ghat.
This trek involves lots of thrill and adventure hence there will be a professional guide with you, who will assist you throughout the Harihar Fort trek.

*⏳ Trek Schedule:*
◼10:00 PM Start journey from Sarasbaug towards Harihar Fort. (25th-Mar-23)
◼04:30 AM Reach Harihar base village Harshwadi and take some rest.
◼05:00 AM Freshen up. (Toilet Facility is not available at Base Village)
◼05:30 AM Start the trek after having breakfast.
◼7:00 AM Reach at small plateau and start Harihar climbing.
◼08:30 AM Reach the top of the fort, start sightseeing and visit ancient places.
◼10:30 AM After exploring fort Start descending.
◼1:00 PM Have a freshly cooked lunch at Base village.
◼2:00 PM After having Lunch, start bus journey towards Pune.
◼11:00 PM Reach Pune.
