28th Dec, Saturday
Arrive in Colombo by 12:30 in noon. Complete the immigration formalities.
We will travel straight to the vibrant South (5 hours). The ambience will set up your mood for the wonderful vacation ahead.
Dinner at an authentic restaurant in Mirissa.

29th Dec, Sunday
In the morning, we will head out for a short excursion in Matara for spotting the crocodiles and the birds in the Nilwala river. Later, take rest in noon
In evening, we will explore the picture-perfect coconut hill and iconic parrot rock

30th Dec, Monday
Early in the morning, we will head out into the Indian ocean to try our luck for spotting the most prized marine animal i.e. Whales. While returning, we can try the ultimate adrenaline rush of jumping into the ocean (optional).
Take rest in the afternoon and then head out to the secret beach for the rest of the evening.

31st Dec, Tuesday
Checkout and travel (5hrs) into central highlands to reach the romantic town of Ella.
In the late afternoon, trek to Adams peak for a bird eye view of the tea gardens. Give your best photo shot at the Swing of Ella.
In the evening, we will hangout in the most prized pool-cafe of Ella to celebrate last day of the year.

1st Jan, Wednesday
Explore Ella
– Nine arches bridge
– Ravana falls
– Ravana cave
– Nildiya Pokuna

2nd Jan, Thursday
Early in the morning, we will take ride in the most beautiful train route of Sri Lanka (3 hours)
Check in at Nuwara Eliya and spend the rest of the day exploring the beautiful waterfalls of the region. In evening, we will stroll near the Gregory lake

3rd Jan, Friday
Head out for a day-long journey. We will travel to the northern part to reach Sigiriya in the evening.
On the way, we will take a few hours break to explore the town of Kandy – the famous tooth temple, Bodhi Temple and the Lake of Kandy.

4th Jan, Saturday
We will get up early to beat the crowd and hike up to the famous Lion Rock of Sigiriya. This place looks most amazing during sunrise.
At noon, we will travel back to Colombo and rest for sometime.
In the evening, we will explore the Lotus Tower and have dinner at the highest restaurant in Colombo.

5th Jan, Sunday
In the morning, we can explore the unique Gangaramaya Temple of Colombo.
In afternoon, we will take return flight back to India
