The itinerary for the event will be as follows:

Day:0 – Saturday 31 Dec 2022

14:00pm – Self travel Leave Mumbai by Sat 31 Dec’ 22, it will take 2/2.5hrs drive (60km) and due to traffic spare time you will get if leaves as per time.
Drive trail from Mumbai ( Mumbai – Eastern express highway – Airoli – Mahape – Shilphata – Pipeline road – Badlpaur Bypass – Mulgoan – Barvi dam road – Campsite) Exact campsite location pin / Travel Geographers leader number will be shared post confirmation on whatsapp group before 2 day of event.

Ex-Badlpaur train travel schedule as below:

Catch below train as per schedule mentioned below. Do not miss train as there is no alternative travel available onwards toward campsite.
Train Schedule: CSMT-Karjat Train – CSMT: 14:45pm | Dadar: 14:58pm | Kurla: 15:05pm | Ghatkopar: 15:09 | Thane: 15:25pm | Dombivali: 15:41pm | Kalyan: 15:50pm | Badlapur: 16:09pm
16:10pm: – Alight from train at badlpaur station meeting with Travel Geographers leader at station and move toward jeep pickup besides station.
16:45pm: – Reach campsite (Check-in Self travel and Train travel participant.) . Registration and tent allotment. (For registration any ID card Xerox required for each person. Meal Coupon will be provided each person.)
17:00pm: – Spent quality time around river also swimming pool access available till 7pm
19:30pm – Live Acoustic guitarist and starters limited Qty.
21:30pm – Live DJ will be in action until welcoming new year.
22:00pm – Buffet Dinner call. ( Veg / N-Veg) Counter will be open till 23:30pm (After counters will be closed.)
23:50pm- New year count down and fireworks.
Day:1 – Sunday 01 Jan 2023

00:01am: – Welcoming new year and celebration.
00:15am: – Spent quality time around bonfire chit-chat. Further retire of day.
07:00am: – Wakeup call. Have Bf/Tea and freshen-up dive into fresh river.
10:00am: – Change cloths and Check Out from Campsite.
10:15am: – Ex-Badlapur train travel jeep dropping.
11:00am: – Catch respective train and event concluded with memories.
Saturday 31st Dec 2022 working person / planning late check-in / pickup group drop WhatsApp msg at +919075431016. ( Need at least group of 5/6 persons)

IMP Note:

We do not sale any kind of alcohol at our campsite. You can carry your own alcohol along with proper 1 day permit which issued from liquor shop.
Make sure and be sober at campsite. If anyone found disturbing other privacy then said person will immediate or forcefully boycott from campsite.
Any kind of recreational drugs not allowed to intake or possessed at camp, if anyone found he/she will be solely responsible.
If found disrupting other person/group privacy or disobey after request then he/she/group will removed from campsite.
Kids above 10 are counted as adult and below 10 to 5 cost will be 60% of actual.
You have to carry own mask and sanitizers along with covid vaccine shot certificate if taken.
