Monsoon Trek to Bhimashankar

DarkGreen Adventures (#DGA) invites you for a mind-soothing trek to Bhimashankar via Ganesh ghat route. There are two main trek routes to Bhimashankar – Ganesh ghat and Seeri ghat. Ganesh ghat passes through tranquil forests of Bhimashankar. There are several waterfalls and lush green landscape on this route

Grade: Medium. You need to walk 25kms, uphill and downhill through the forest.

Saturday
23:30 – Pickup from Andheri, JVLR, Mulund and Navi Mumbai

Sunday:
04:00 – Reach base village. Have an introduction and briefing.
05:00 – Start trekking towards Bhimashankar.
07:00 – Enjoy the waterfalls on the route. We will have packed breakfast on the way.
11:30 – Reach Bhimashankar, have lunch and get darshan in the temple.
13:00 – Start descending.
18:00 – Reach base village and start traveling back to Mumbai
21:00 – Reach Mumbai

Fees: Rs.1399
– Non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours before commencement.
– 50% refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before trek

Discounts:
– Rs.100 for doing registration 10 days before the trip
– Rs.100 per person for a group of 5 or more
– You cannot combine these discounts i.e. max Rs.100.

Things to carry:

– Torches (other than mobile)
– Good trekking shoes or sport shoes
– Adequate rain protection for yourself and bag
– We appreciate participants who carry healthy foods like dry fruits, Enerzal Powder, Energy bars etc.
– A haversack to put everything. Sling bag not allowed in trek
