*Location Details and History-*

Located in Taharabad (approximately 200 kms from Jalgaon), Mangi Tungi are twin peaks which are connected with a beautiful and vast plateau that blooms with vibrant wild-flowers and grass during the monsoon season. Even though one has to climb 4500 stairs, the difficulty level of this trek is considered to be between easy to moderate. The staircase is quite well-maintained and if you maintain a steady pace, it takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to reach at the top.

*⚜️Statue of Ahimsa-⚜️*
The Statue of Ahimsa is located at Mangi-Tungi, in Nashik, in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the tallest Jain statue in the world as per Guinness World Records.

The statue depicts the first Jain Tirthankara, Rishabhanatha. The statue is 108 feet (33 m) tall – 121 feet (37 m) including pedestal. The statue has been carved out of the single rock of Mangi-Tungi hills, which are considered to be sacred by the Jains.

*⚜️From this Siddha Kshetram-⚜️*
Mahaneel, Gavaksha, Gava, Hanuman, Sugriva, Lord Ram & Sita attained Moksha. Lord Krishna and his brother Balram also attained freedom from the world from this place. Even now, a shrine sits in that location. After being completely disillusioned with this worldly existence and recognizing that it was the forest, Sri Balramji went to heaven while practising great austerities.

04:15 am-Reach the pick-up point

05:00 am – Start Journey post attendance from Standard Chartered Bank, Opp. of RTO Office, Jalgaon

09:40 am – Reach Base Village 🏘️

09:50 am – Tea and Snacks

10:30 am – start trekking

1:00 am – Reaching top and visit both Mangi and Tungi Tops for an eye-catching view and thrilling experience and see the ancient Caves. Spend some quality time admiring the beauty of nature 🌄and the creation of this amazing Place🏰

1:30pm – Start descend trek to base village and visit the Statue of Ahimsa on the way

03:00 pm- Delicious Pure Veg Unlimited Lunch 🥘🍱 (Jain Food Available)

04:00 pm – Start the Journey Towards Dhule 🚌

06:45 Pm- Arrival in Dhule, Visit Swami Narayan Temple in Dhule🏰

7:00 Pm – Start Return Journey Towards Jalgaon 🛣️🚌

9:00Pm – Arrival In Jalgaon (Time to reach Jalgaon depends upon real-time situations, for example – Actual time taken by participants to complete the trek, Traffic conditions, etc.)

• We strongly recommend not wearing/carrying any valuable jewelry. Participants will be responsible for their own safety and baggage.
• Adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. There can be changes in the event plans and itinerary according to real-time situations.
• Carrying or consumption of alcohol and smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed.🚭
• No littering, especially while on the trek. Carry bags to gather your waste in or hand it over to our leaders and volunteers.
• In case of any injury, sickness, accident, fatal injury any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; “DREAM TREKKERS & TOURS” – its instructors, organizers, volunteers, or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
• Dear Trekkers, always remember SHOES are your best companion on a trek! Please wear a good pair of Gripped SHOES and not Floaters or Flip-flops while trekking. You can carry floaters to wear only after the trek is completed. 👟👟
