MALSHEJ GHAT FIREFLIES FESTIVAL 2026
Experience nature’s own light show at the breathtaking heights of Malshej Ghat. Known for its misty mountains and rich biodiversity, this region becomes a magical sanctuary during the Fireflies Festival. Witness thousands of bioluminescent fireflies illuminating the dense forest patches as the pre-monsoon clouds begin to roll over the Sahyadris.

THE PLAN:
The season runs from May 16 to June 21, 2026. This is an overnight experience where we explore the forest edges and valley viewpoints. We witness the peak firefly activity after sunset, enjoy a traditional dinner, and soak in the serene, misty atmosphere of the Ghats.
SUITABLE FOR:
Families, couples, and nature lovers. This is a low-intensity experience with easy walks, making it accessible for all age groups.

ECO-SENSITIVE ZONE:
