Itinerary (Day Wise)

Day 1 : Arrival in Leh Airport

• Arrival at Leh. Transfer to hotel, click amazing pictures from the premises to make memories, have lunch and rest. • If all seems ok, then after 5-6 Hrs of rest you can visit Shanti Stupa and Local Leh market. • Have dinner at local restaurants relishing local cuisine, head to hotel and retire.

Day 2 : Leh Local Sightseeing

• Get up early and leave for Leh Local sightseeing. • Visit Leh Palace, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill followed by Hall of Fame. • Sangam Point which is the confluence of Indus and Zanskar river • Return back to Hotel and Dinner & have a comfortable night stay

Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La Pass

• Get up Early by 6.00 Am. Have breakfast and get ready to travel to Nubra Valley crossing Khardungla Pass. • Feel the thrill of crossing the World’s Second-Highest Motorable Pass in the world, Khardung-La. • En-route Visit one of the beautiful and insta famous DIKSHIT Monastery in Nubra valley. • Once you reach Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the desert mountains of Hunder (Optional – self-pay basis). • If available, we will enjoy the traditional Ladakhi dance show. • Have dinner and Enjoy an overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 4: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok Route

• Today after a heavy breakfast, we embark on another beautiful journey. • Today’s tour covers a visit to the Pangong Lake. The largest brackish water lake in Asia is one of the best attraction of Ladakh. • 2/3rd portion of the lake lies in China. The waters are crystal clear blessed with so many intriguing shades of blue. • After a halt at the lake, visit 3 idiots shooting point. Check-in at the Campsite and have a comfortable stay for the night.

Day 5: Pangong to Hanle via Rezang La war memorial

• Today we will start our journey towards Hanle • The real beauty of Pangong lake you will observe on this day. • In chushul we will visit Rezang La war memorial. • Hanle has a lovely Monastery offering some great aerial views of the whole village that is a home of about 1000 people with altitude of 4500 Mtrs. • The Hanle Observatory is operated by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru and currently the second highest optical observatory in the world, with an installed telescope of about 2.01 meters (6.5 feet) diameter. • Overnight stay at Hanle.

Day 6: Hanle to Umling La and back to Hanle

Today you will ride on the highest motorable road in the world. Umling La is a mountain pass in Ladakh, India on the ridgeline between Koyul Lungpa and the Indus River near Demchok. At an elevation of 5,640 metres, it forms the source for the Umlung stream that drains into the Indus and a tributary of the Kiungdul river that drains into Koyul Lungpa. Overnight stay at Hanle.

Day 7: Hanle to Leh via Chumathang

• Today we will start our return journey back to Leh. • On the way you can explore Chumathang (Hot Spring ). • Lunch break at upshi village. • Thiksay Monastery and Rancho School • Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 8: Departure to Home

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

BOOKING POLICY

1st installment – 30% at the time of booking the seat.
2nd installment – 45 – 30 days prior to tour 40% payment.
3rd installment – 29 – 15 days prior to tour 20% payment.
Final installment – 15 days prior to tour 10% payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After booking tour: 30% of the tour cost will be deducted
30 days prior to start of tour 60% of the tour cost will be deducted
29-15 days prior to start of tour: 80% of the tour cost will be deducted
14-1 day prior to start of tour: 100% of the tour cost will be deducted

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

Tour Cost : Total Paid tour cost will be non-refundable incase for any pandemic restrictions. However, paid amount will be carry forwarded to any of our next tour/trek which registered participant would be interested.

Validity : 3 years from start date of registered event/batch.

IMPORTANT NOTES & CONDITIONS

Any extra cost (Transportation / Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
Transfer & Sightseeing by vehicle on a seat in coach Basis (Vehicle is provided depending on number of pax traveling together: it is based on itinerary & not at your disposal.
Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer.

Team RAAHi reserve the right to correct any grammatical or pricing errors that occur by printing.
Airport transfers and coach tours are based on all guest traveling together in same flight, any additional transfers will not be provided if guest travel on different airlines.
There will be additional charges for the passengers would like to stay back at the destination or transit.
In any Pandemic situation, the booking amount is non-refundable. The option of rescheduling the dates to other batches is available.
Any changes in itinerary or upgrade in hotel /s will be charged extra, over and above the given cost (which will be informed to the customer in advance for final acceptance and payment)

If this tour is cancelled due to Covid Lockdown or natural calamity

In case the Trek/tour gets cancelled cause of local lockdown or natural phenomena or any other reason beyond our control, we shall arrange for alternative treks or tour to a different place.
In case, due to Government lockdown restrictions, we are unable to continue with any of the plan, covid cancellation policy will be applicable.
If the participant is unwilling to go for the alternative tour/trek, there would be no refund or voucher issued as for this tour.
All the services have to be arranged beforehand and cannot be shifted to any other date.
No show and tour changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
No money shall be refunded in case a person is rescued and brought back to the base camp before the said date.
If the travelers need to return before the trip ends, they shall have to bear all the expenses for accommodation and meals at respective or any other place.
The services on the trek/tour are arranged for even if they go unused.

In Case of Injury / Casualty:

If any traveller feels unwell and has to be brought back to the base camp, all the charges, including the rescue fees, medication, Ambulance / Transport. Accommodation apart from the scheduled itinerary, Meals or any other medical or Miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the traveller.
We have one backup plan by which people unwilling to continue to carry on with the trek/to can accompany the person heading back to the base camp with the team only once.
If in case a second emergency occurs, the complete trek/tour will be terminated, and all the participants shall be immediately dropped back to the base camp.

P.S. We are only liable to offer the services mentioned as per the itinerary and inclusion

Unused Services:

We shall not offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the client due to no fault of ours, or our representatives, which shall include any termination of the client’s participation in the tour product due to the client’s own fault, negligence or breach of these terms.
