Kolhapur Hikers Vasota Jungle Trek and Hiking event on November 8th and 9th (Saturday and Sunday),

Vasota Jungle Trek & Lakeside Camping By Kolhapur Hikers

Day 1: Saturday, 8th November (Travel & Lakeside Camping)

| 05:00 AM | Meeting Point & Departure from Kolhapur | Sharp departure from the designated meeting point (likely Central Bus Stand or Gardan Hotel in Kolhapur). Travel to the base village/campsite (Bamnoli area). |

Day 2: Sunday, 9th November (Vasota Trek & Return)

| 09:00 AM | Boating to Vasota Base | Start the boat ride across the Shivsagar/Koyna backwaters to Met-Indavli (the base of Vasota Fort). This ride is approximately 1.5 hours. Collect packed lunch. |
| 10:30 AM | Forest Checkpoint & Trek Start | Reach Met-Indavli. Complete Forest Entry formalities and begin the jungle trek to Vasota Fort. |
| 01:30 PM | Reach Vasota Fort & Exploration | Reach the top, have the packed lunch, and explore the fort (Old Vasota, Babu Kada viewpoint, remnants of Mahadev Temple/Sadar). |
| 03:00 PM | Start Descent | Begin the return trek back to the Met-Indavli boat point. |
| 05:30 PM | Return Boat Ride to Bamnoli | Take the boat back across the lake to the Bamnoli village/campsite. |

Inclusions (Typical)
