Dapoli is popular beach hill station in the Kokan , Raigad region of Maharashtra. It lies 215 km south of Mumbai.Anjarle Village situated in Dapoli Taluka of Ratnagiri District, is not just famous for its beautiful beaches but also for Dolphin safari.An ideal destination for a short-term break,a tour to Dapoli will rejuvenate your senses.
This Anjarle village is also known for ‘Kadyawarcha Ganpati, Ganpati on the cliff. This temple of Lord Ganpati was constructed using wooden pillars in 1150 AD. You will also explore Suvarnadurg Fort, which was built during Adil Shahi dynasty and fortified by chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1660.“Keshavraj” located in the dense forest around, you can see a rear phenomenon of water stream flowing throughout the year.The 1000 years old Shri Vyaghreshvar Temple is situated on a bank of a river.
