•About
Kalsubai Peak is the Highest Peak of the Sahyadris (1646 M) in the Akole Taluka of Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra. Kalsubai Temple is Located at the Topmost peak of Sahyadri Mountain Range of Maharashtra. To reach the summit there are various trekking routes and animal tracks. The main route starts from the village of Bari which is about six km from Bhandardara. To reach Bari, one has to travel to Igatpuri on the Mumbai Nashik route.
Itinerary:
Day 01:(01-Jul 2023)
11:00PM: Board into the Bus n start the journey towards the base village of Mt. Kalsubai (1646 mts), Bari have briefing and enjoy introduction of all fellow travellers.
Day 02:(02-Jul 2023)
4.00am: Reach at bari- Kalsubai base village
4:00-5.30: have breakfast n tea
5:30am: start ascending.
9:00am: reach at top of the kalsubai peak and enjoy the beautiful nature
11:00am: start descending
2:00pm: reach base village,have lunch and return back to Mumbai by evening.

1. Transportation from Dadar To dadar

1. Any other personal expenses

🔺 Things to carry:
• Min. 3 liters water (must)
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Rainywear (optional)
• Good trekking shoes preferably Action
• Extra pair of clothes (Compulsory)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
