PUNE – Detailed Itinerary (Tentative Timings):
DAY 1
09:00 PM: Reporting At FC College Main Gate/ Borivali National Park Main Gate.
09:30 PM Start journey by private NON-AC bus.-
03:00 AM: Reach Bari village, get a refreshed, make yourself comfortable.
DAY:2
03:30 AM: Waking Up, get refreshed and have breakfast!
04:00 AM: Round of important instructions, brief intro session & commencement of the trek.
06:00 AM Reach at the top, explore fort, enjoy beautiful views, Enjoy surroundings, click sessions, and explore nearby regions.
10:30 AM: Start descending from the top.
12:30 PM: After having lunch, we’ll start our journey back to Pune/Borivali
08:00 PM: Reach FC College Main Gate

Day 1,
(Take Local from CSMT to KASARA Fast Local)

08:58 PM: Dadar
09:11 PM: Ghatkopar
09:26 PM: Thane
09:52 PM: Kalyan
11:04 PM: Kasara
11:15 PM: Report at Kasara Station Google Map
11:45 PM: Take a Dinner Break at Baba da Dhaba and head towards Base Village.
Day 2,
01:00 AM: Igatpuri Google Map
02:30 AM: Reach the base village and Get freshen up
03:00 AM: Start the trek to Kalsubai Peak post briefing and instructions by Trekleaders
06:30 AM: Reach the kalsubai peak and See the sunrise. And Click Photos.
07:00 AM: Have Breakfast
09:00 AM: Start descending to the base village.
01:00 PM: Reach the base village, Get freshen up and have Lunch
03:00 PM: Start return journey to Mumbai
05:00 PM: Reach Kasara Station (Arrival Time Depends on the Pace of the Group and Traffic)

Things to be carried
Water max. 2-3lit.
Warm wear (sweaters, jackets,etc.)
Rain wears(Raincoat,umbrella etc)
Shoes to be worn are compulsory..
A good Torch with extra batteries is compulsory.
Extra pair of clothes.
Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during the trek.(almonds, dates, plum cakes, biscuits,etc.)
Cameras, glares, etc. can be carried on your own risk.
Extra footwear (optional) if u need to relax after trek.

Cancellation Policy
We understand the disappointment of cancelling a trek after months of preparation. That’s why we have a traveller-friendly cancellation policy.
Pending Payment Policy:
* Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure.
* Failure to pay the second instalment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment.
* Boarding will be denied for non-payment, and the seat will be reassigned.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights):
* 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.
* 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.
* Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 50% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon.
* Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
* If unwell: No refund; find a replacement if needed.
For Sahyadri Treks/Camping and Weekend Backpacking Trips:
* 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.
* 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.
* Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 20% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon if fully paid.
* Ticket transfer: 20% surcharge, subject to the organiser’s decision.
* No-show or illness: No refund; find a replacement if needed.
* Advance Booking amount: Non-refundable.
Important Note: Trek Insurance, train cancellation, and agent charges are non-refundable if the trek is cancelled within 6 days before departure. No refund 15 days before NY and Christmas events.
If We Cancel a Trek:
* Natural calamities or unrest: No refund if the trip has started.
* Before departure: Full refund except for train and bus cancellations.
* Sahyadri treks: Opt for event shift or full refund if cancelled due to low participation.
* Medical emergencies or COVID: Regular cancellation policy applies.
* Transport issues: Alternate arrangements made; participants bear costs.
Trip Delays and Connecting Transport Failures:
Gadvede Trekkers will assist with alternate arrangements for delays but participants bear the costs
