The Everest of Maharashtra – Kalsubai ⛰️Peak.
The name itself brings chills & seeing ourselves reaching the top at 5400+ feet is whole another level of thrills. Though it’s the tallest peak – anyone with good endurance aged from 14+ can complete this trek. Since a lot of us like to calculate – the distance is almost 5.5km one side and what makes it exciting is the night🌌 climb. Advantage – starry night & less exhausting & less crowded & when we reach the top, good amount of rest until the first ray of sun reaches the earth 🌏while cutting the clouds ⛅which itself is the most beautiful mesmerizing sunrise 🌅 we can ever witness.
A lot of trekkers camp at the top only to fill their soul with this view besides being blessed by the deity Kalsubai.The temple definitely brings peace to our minds.
This experience is everything. You get two hours to spend on top which you can click as many pictures.
PS – There are night & day open stalls for refreshments on the way. Just in case. 😉

Itinerary:
Sunday – 02nd July:
12:30 AM – Meet sharp at Kasara railway Station
12:30 AM – Start journey towards base village (Bari)
02.30 AM – Reach base village and start ascending towards top
06:00 AM – Reach top and enjoy beautiful sunrise and explore Peak
07:00 AM – breakfast
08:00 AM – Start descending towards base
12:00 PM – Reach base and have lunch
01:30 PM – Start return journey towards Kasara
Event ends with lot of good memories.😊
