The Kas Plateau Reserved Forest, also known as the Kaas Pathar, is a plateau situated 25 kilometres west from Satara city in Maharashtra, India. It falls under the Sahyadri Sub Cluster of the Western Ghats, and it became a part of a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in 2012.

Detailed Itinerary For-
05.30 AM : Pickup From Wakad.
06:15 AM : Pick up from Swargate.
08.30 AM : Reach Kaas Plateau and Breakfast.
09:00 AM : Visit beautiful kaas plateau.
01:00 PM : Back to the hotel and have delicious lunch.
02.00 PM : Start journery towards sajjangad by bus.
03.00 PM : Visit Sajjangad Fort
05.30 PM : Start return Journey.
09.00 PM : Return Pune Tentatively.

How to be adventure-ready:
Don’t consume alcohol or any other drug the night before the trek.
Carry 2-3 liters of water for the trek & stay hydrated.
Carry light snacks for the trek.
Take out your trek pants, trekking/sports shoes(Mandatory).
Raincoat/ Poncho.
Avoid wearing shorts, or be ready for insect bites.
Carry your personal medication if any.
A water proof cover for you mobile.
Extra Pair of Clothes.
Carry a torch light/ Head torch.
Flip flops for your return journey as your shoes will get wet.
