Irshalgad trek

Monsoon trek to Irshalgad, known for the pinnacle structure in the Matheran ranges, The neighboring Prabalghad, Matheran hills, Karnala, Sondai, Songiri, Morbe dam are visible.
In this trek, the reporting location is Karjat, after having breakfast we will start the trek to Irshalgad, reach till the plateau of the pinnacle, relax and descent to the base village.

Itinerary:
• Reporting at Karjat Railway Station – 08:45AM (Board the 06:49AM CSMT to Karjat Fast train in Central Line)
• Travel by hired vehicle from Karjat Railway station to the base village – 40 minutes.
• Event Briefing – 15 minutes.
• Ascend trek to Irshalgad – 2 hours
• Explore and rest at the Plateau – 1 hour.
• Lunch Break at Irshalwadi- 1 hour.
• Descent trek to the base village – 2 hours
• Travel by the hired vehicle to Karjat Railway station – 40 minutes.

Step-2: Fill up the participation disclaimer form, which will be sent after payment confirmation.
A WhatsApp group of the registered participants will be created in the evening on the day of the event departure for travel coordination.

•Trekking/ Hiking shoes with a sturdy grip.
•Comfortable quick-dry full sleeve quick dry shirt/ tshirt.
Full-length hiking trousers (avoid jeans or cotton wear).

Carry a single rucksack with the following things:
•Minimum 2 liters of water.
•Raincoat/ Poncho, Cap.
•Food items like fruits, dry fruits, energy bars, healthy snacks.
•Toiletry kit, sunscreen lotion, mosquito repellent.
•Extra set of clothes, an extra pair of socks, flip-flops.
