Pratapgad Fort

Pratapgad Fort, located near Mahabaleshwar in the Sahyadris, was built in 1656 by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
It is famous for the Battle of Pratapgad, where Shivaji Maharaj defeated Afzal Khan.
Standing at about 1,080 meters, the fort offers scenic views and is a popular trekking and historical destination.

10.30 Start from Nigdi

Day 2 :

05.00 am: Reach to Pratapgad & rest and Freshen up with tea.
06.00 Start trek and enjoy the sunrise.
08.00 Breakfast
09.00 Explore the fort with historian & enjoy the history
01.00 lunch
02.00 Start return travel
03.00 pm Enjoy the Mapro Garden.
04.30 pm Start return Mapro
