The remarkable thing about Harihar Fort Trek is that it appears to be rectangular from the base village. However, it is built on a triangular prism of rock. The rock edges are vertical, which makes this ancient fort stand apart. Because of these vertical steps, the trek is the most popular in all of the Sahyadri Range.

Although the trek to Harihar Fort or Harihar killa is relatively short, it is rather difficult. Your guide will be included to help you throughout your journey. These rock-cut stairs, which make up the last 200 feet of the trip, make for a nerve-wracking climb. It has a total of 200 steps and an 80-degree elevation. Because of the steep climb down and 500-foot drop at one point, the descent is extremely thrilling. The stair’s architecture is both diverse and impressive. The valley below can be seen in a spectacular and sometimes frightening way.

ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Saturday

09:30 pm – Pune Participants – Meet Shiledar Team @ Swargate

12:30 am – Mumabi Participants – Meet Shiledar Team @ Kasara Station

Overnight journey to base village Harshewadi.

Day 2 – Sunday

03:30 am – Reach base village

04:00 am – Wakeup call and freshen up, Have a tea breakfast

05:00am – Start trekking after a brief introduction

08:00 am – Reach top, Explore the fort, Enjoy the view of the surrounding.

Adventure Equipment Introduction, Do’s, Don’ts. Learn about safety Techniques to be used in the Event.

Start old route & cave exploration Activity. under the Experts guidance followed by safety measures. Follow all the Instructions given by Team Shiledar.

Keep Patience while others are doing the Activity.

12:00 pm – Start descend back to the base

02:00 PM – Reach Base Village & Submit the equipment to the Leader.
Any Loss or damage of equipment will be chargeable according to market Price.

Have Lunch

03:00 pm – Leave for Mumbai / Pune with memories of an awesome trek

08:00 pm – Reach Mumbai / Pune tentatively

▪︎Bedding. Please Take Sufficient bedding for Rest.

▪︎Good trekking shoes, extra pair of socks

🔺 RULES/NOTE:
▪︎Smoking Cigarette, Chewing Tobacco & Consuming Alcohol Is Strictly Prohibited During the Trek. If found will be expelled from the group.
▪︎Do not shout and make noise during the trek and carry your waste with you without throwing it elsewhere.
▪︎Trekking is an adventure game. If you are injured or have an accident during this period, you responsible for yourself. Organizers will not be responsible for this.
▪︎This is an adventure activity where we will go to a village in mountain area and stay there and eat local food. So please don’t expect luxury and absolute comforts.
▪︎The leader’s decision will be final and binding.
▪︎Shiledar Team reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.
▪︎Telephonic confirmation for booking is mandatory; if unable to contact us then send a text message and we will call you back.

🔺 REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:
▪︎If cancellation is done prior to 15 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
▪︎If done prior to 10 days of outing 50% will be refunded.
▪︎After that, no refund will be provided.
▪︎If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants have the option to adjust the paid amount with any forthcoming event or ask for a complete refund.
