Gokarna, Yana Caves, Murdeshwar, Mirjan Fort & Jog Falls On 31 July to 2 August 2025
Jog Fall is the second highest waterfall in India in Shimoga District, Karnataka. It is created by the Sharavathi River and has height of 830 ft. This waterfall is also known as Gerosappa Falls or Joga Falls. This magnificent falls has the spellbinding view of which creates a truly memorable experience.
Murdeshwar is famous for the world’s second largest Shiva statue which is 123 feet in height and beach.
Unchalli Falls (also called Lushington Falls) (450 Feets) is perhaps one of India’s most spectacular waterfalls. Its rather unusual shape and its dramatic scenery amongst the lush and remote forested hills.
Banavasi
is one of the oldest towns in a picturesque location & is grown up around a famous temple built in 9th century. It is dedicated Lord Shiva worshipped as Lord Madhukeshwara. The presiding deity of Madhukeshwara is a honey colored Shiva Linga dedicated during the time of Mayura Varma, the ruler of Kadambas.
Yana is mainly famous for its two magnificent black rock formations which are known as the Bhairaveshwara Shikhara and the Mohini Shikhara. The huge black rocks are composed of solid black, crystalline Karst limestone. Yana is located in the lush evergreen forests of the Western Ghats.
Mirjan Fort is known for its architectural elegance. It is a double walled fort built using laterite stones and has high walls and bastions with high turrets. The fort has four entrances and is surrounded by a moat with interconnected wells.
