M3 Yatrik’s Ganapati Gadad Caves Trek

Base – Palu/Sonavale Village,Murbad Taluka,Thane District-Maharashtra

Route Difficulty Level – Easy
Endurance Level – Easy

Mountain Range – Sahyadri,Western Ghats.

Information – Ganpati Gadad caves are built in 7th century.It is group of 10 caves with Ganesh Idol in main hall.It has water cisterns also.
It was used as a shelter by people going through the ancient trade route of Naneghat.
One can witness waterfall here in rainy season.

Date – Sunday,10 July 2022
(leaving Saturday night 9 July 11 pm)

Cost- Rs.1100 only.

Cost includes below items only :
– Tea,Breakfast & Lunch
– Transport from Mumbai to Mumbai by private vehicle
– Others – Guidance , Expertise and Basic first aid

Schedule –
-Bus will start from Axis Bank near Borivali national park by 11 pm on saturday
*Bus Route : Borivali – WE Highway – JVLR – Thane – Kalyan – Murbad – Base Village*
– Reach base village by 2 am & take rest.
– Breakfast & start trek by 6 am.
– Reach caves by 9 am.
– Explore and start descend by 10 am
– Reach base by 12 pm.
– Take lunch & Start return journey by 1 pm.
– Reach Mumbai by 6 pm.
Note : Above Schedule may change due to various unavoidable factors.

Things to Carry –
All items below are compulsory unless explicitly mentioned as optional
– Torch
– Raincoat
– Trekking shoes or sports shoes.
– Wear full sleeves shirt , full pant and Hat.
– Some ready to eat snacks.
– Any one Original Photo ID proof.
– 2 Liter Water.
– Extra pair of clothes.
– Backpack to pack your stuffs.No Sling Bags.
– Personal Medicines.
