About:
Western ghat(Sahyadri) is blessed with lots of flora and fauna.
Fireflies(Jugunu/Kajawa) is one the major attraction among them because of limited presence for around 45-60 days.
Thokarwadi lake area is the nearest place to see Millions of fireflies.

Day 1
Saturday
17:00 : Reach camp site, you can early or late as well
17:30 : Introduction & Instruction for all day activity
18:00 : Enjoy nature and forest
19:00 : Evening Tea
19:30 : Tent setup and Allocation
20:30 : Small walk for fireflies scene
21:00 : Walk through remote area for Dinner time
22:00 : Will go for fireflies sighting(optional walk)
23:00 : Bonfire and stories
23:59 : Retire for the day/rest

Day 2 Sunday
07:00 : Wake-up call, get fresh.
08:00 : Tent wind-up + group photography
09:00 : Breakfast and tea
10:00 : Start back to Pune, Now you are free to fly anywhere

*Mandatory instructions for fireflies event:*
1. Keep min 50 feet distance.
2. Don’t touch the fireflies and trees/Branches as well.
3. Turn off all electrical devices.
4. Switch off mobile or keep Airplane mode on.
5. Avoid torch or use it with green colour filter only for route.
6. Zero noise(no music/keep silent).
7. Keep all vehicles at min 100 meter distance. Walk/trek for fireflies scene.
8. Smoking/Alcohol/Deo/Perfume all are strictly prohibited.

*Special instructions for trek event:*
* No crackers within nature.
* Plan may cancel at any time in case of high alert/unwanted weather/group size is below 6.
* Age limit 16 to 45 years.(not applicable for camping event)
* Age relaxation will be decided by organizers.
* Organizers are not responsible for participants vehicle parking anywhere.
* Speaker, Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the event if in forest public area.
* For cancellation please drop an email to NisargPremiTrekkers@gmail.com with name and cancellation reason.
* Plan may change as per weather condition.
* Full plan details will be shared with nominated participants only.
* Limited Discounts available for students only.
* Snacks can be Poha, upma, Maggie or any other item’s depending on the situation.
* Lunch/Dinner may be packed or limited Thali(Bhaji/Bhakari/Pithala/Rice/Dal/Batata/Khichadi/Pulav) as per availability and situation if it’s in inclusion.
* All the food items are limited and you need to pay for extra orders.
* Please do not expect hotel/home kind of food service in trekking events.
* Remember we are not organizing picnic.
* Group size may vary from 5 to 100.
* Private transport means(jeep, tamtam, car, LUV, SUV, Mini Bus, Bus).
* Door to door pickup and drop is an extra facility by organizers and we are only responsible for first pickup and last drop (eg. Pune to Pune)
* Our events are available at different sites and forums. However we consider our Facebook event as updated and authenticated post.
* In any case Organizer’s decision will be final.
* Nisarg Premi Trekkers is not responsible for any incident/accident if any participant is not following the guidelines or beyond our control.
