Everest Base Camp Trek
27 Oct to 11 Nov 2025

Schedule:
Day 1 (27 Oct): Arrive at Kathmandu and Transfer to
Hotel.
On arrival get to your room Get fresh have a tea.
Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu and have lunch.
Get back to hotel and Do Final Packing For trek. Introduction,
Team Meet, Dinner Sleep as early as possible.

Day 2 (28 Oct): Kathmandu to Salleri/Phalplu Private Vehicle. 10
hrs. Journey (270 Kms).

Wakeup call around 4.30 am get ready till 5.30 am.
Board the private vehicle For Salleri. (breakfast, lunch on the
journey).
Reach Salleri/Phaplu around 5 pm. Get Fresh ,Evening Tea.
Have dinner and go to sleep in tea house.

Day 3 (29 Oct): Salleri to Surke by Jeep 60 kms (6-7 hrs). Surke
(2280m) to Phakding (2630m) (10 kms/ 4-5 hrs) by Trek.

Wakeup 5.30 am. Get ready for Off road jeep Ride from
Salleri to Surke. Breakfast on the way.
Reach Surke around 1 pm. Post lunch we will start Our EBC
Trek.
Reach Phakding Around 6 pm.

Day 4 (30 Oct): Phakding (2630 m) to Namche Bazar (3440m)
(11.50 kms/6 hrs).

After Breakfast at Phakding we will reach Monjo Check post
where we will get our both the permits for EBC Trek.
From Monjo We Will Reach Jorsalle in 30 min Our Lunch Point
for the Day. From Here 600 m Ascend Takes us to Beautiful
Namche Bazar.

Altitude Difference: + 800 m

Meals: BF/Lunch/Dinner

Day 5 (31 Oct): Namche bazar (3440m) Acclimatization Day. (6.5 kms/ 4-5 Hrs )

Hike to Everest View Hotel and back to Namche.
Wake up, get Ready till 7.30 am. This is the Kind of Rest Day
After Breakfast we will Go to Acclimatize Hike.

We will hike up to 3880 m. from This point you will get First
view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhoste and Ama dablam if weather
is clear. Visit Sherpa Museum (Optional). Get back to hotel
rest.
In the Evening We Will go for window Shopping in Namche
Bazar.

Altitude Difference: + 440 m

Meals: BF/Lunch/Dinner

Day 6 (01 Nov): Namche Bazar (3440m) to Pangboche (3930 m).
(14.50 kms/ 7 hrs).

After Breakfast at around 8am we will Leave for
Pangboche. Till Kyanjuma (3475 m) 3 kms route is almost
flat with some gradual ascends.
From Kyanjuma Steep Descend 350 m to Phunki Thanga
(3300 m). Here our Permit Gets Checked for Second Time.
From Phunki Thanga Check Post Steep Ascend Of 500m
begins. This must be one of the toughest climbs in EBC
route take us to Tengboche (3850 m). Visit Famous
Monastery descend Down to Deboche (3595 m) For Lunch.
Post lunch after hiking for 2 hrs we will reach our Final
Destination of the Day Pangboche (3930 m) around 5 pm.

Altitude Difference: + 490 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 7 (02 Nov): Pangboche (3930 m) to Dingboche (4410 m). (6.7
kms/ 4.30 hrs).

After Breakfast we Will leave For Dingboche. After 1.5
kms we Will Reach Shomare (4040 m) this is gradual
Ascent.
Shomare to Chura (4000 m) is almost Flat to Gradual here
we Covered almost 3.75 kms.
From chura we descend almost 150 m and ascends 300 m
to Reach Dingboche (6.7 kms) (4410 m) for Lunch.
Get into the tea house and Rest.

Altitude Difference: + 480 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 8 (03 Nov): Acclimatization Day Altitude gain trek to
Nangkartshang peak (5083 m). (10 kms -6 to hrs)

Wakeup call at 7 am get ready till 8.
We will hike upto Nangkartshang peak (5083 m). get
Back to Dingboche for Lunch Enjoy the Day.

Altitude Difference: + 600 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 9 (04 Nov): Dingboche (4410 mtrs) to Lobuche (5030
mtrs) via Thukla. (08 kms/06 hrs).

Easy Updown Hike For first 2 hrs to Reach Thukla. We will
Take Lunch in Thukla.
After Lunch 400 m ascend will take us to Everest
memorial place (4620 m). From here it will take 2 more
hrs to reach lobuche.

Get into the tea house and Rest.

Altitude Difference: + 620 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 10 (05 Nov): Lobuche (5030 m) to EBC (5365 m) back to
Gorakshep (5150 m). (11.5 kms/ 8 hrs.).

The Day has Arrived. As We Are going to Reach Mt. Everest
Base (5364 m) camp Today.
After Breakfast we will Reach Gorakhshep in 2.30 hrs. last
hamlet Before EBC here we will Have Lunch.
After Lunch Will take 2hrs. to Reach final Destination
Mount Everest Base Camp. After Celebration, Spending
Some Time & Clicking Photos We Will Hike Back to
Gorakshep.
Stay At Gorakshep.

Altitude Difference: + 120 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 11 (06 Nov): Gorakshep (5150 m) to Kala Patthar Summit
(5640 m) To Pheriche (4240 m).
(16.8 kms / 7-8 Hrs )

We will Start As early as possible to Get View of First ray
of sun On Mt.Everest from Kala patthar summit (5640 m).
From Gorakshep steep ascend of 1.8 kms will takes us to
Kala patthar summit.
Descend Down to Gorakshep have a breakfast. Trek
Down Towards Pheriche Via lobuche (13 kms/ 4.30 hrs.).
we will have lunch in thukla.
Reach Pheriche for Stay.
(16.8 kms / 7-8 Hrs )

Altitude Difference: – 910 m

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 12 (07 Nov): Pheriche (4240 m) to Namche Bazar (3440m).(19 kms / 6-7 Hrs )

We will Start Hiking Down after Breakfast around 8
am.
After covering 10.5 kms in about 3.45 hrs we will reach
Deboche. We Will Have Lunch Here.
Post lunch We will Reach Namche Bazar in the
Evening.
Enjoy Comfy Stay in Namche Bazar.

Day 13 (08 Nov): Namche Bazar (3440m) to Surke (2280m). (19 kms / 6-7 Hrs )

After breakfast We will Start at 8 am.
Reach Jorsalle for Early Lunch.
Reach Surke for Stay.

Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Day 14 (09 Nov): Surke (2280m) to Salleri by Private Vehicle.
After breakfast We will Start at 7 am.
Lunch On the Way.
Reach Salleri for Stay.

Meals: Own Contribution

Day 15 (10 Nov): Salleri to Kathmandu by Private Vehicle.

We Will Start Early in the morning around 4.30 am.
Bf/Lunch on the Way.
Reach Kathmandu around 4 pm for Stay.

Day 16 (11 Nov): Fly back to your Home from Kathmandu
Tribhuvan International Airport.

Cancellation Due To Any Reason:
In case the client decides to cancel their trip, at any time between
booking and the time of the trip, some deduction will be made to the
advance amount. This is due to the company’s obligation to pay a
certain amount for personnel and resources while booking them.
The following cancellations charges will apply if you decide to cancel
the booking:
1. Cancellations made 90 days or before are entitled to full
deposit return if it has been paid in advance. 90 days passing
will incur in loss of 30 percent of the deposit paid.
2. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the departure date will
incur a loss of 50 percent of the deposit paid.
3. Cancellations made 45 days before the departure date will
incur a loss of the full deposit and are subject to a 30 percent
fee of total trip cost.
4. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date
will incur a loss of 100 percent of the total trip cost.
5. If any Member Wants to Quit the Trek Due to Fitness, Health
or any other issues he or she needs to take Care of Extra
charges occurred like hiring mules, horse, unplanned Stays and
meals. No refund in Such Situations.
