About the Trek
Devkund is one the most loved one day trek situated at Bhira dam. It is a ‘plunge’
waterfall pouring massive amounts of water on the rocky surface underneath. It it
the confluence of three waterfalls and is said to be the origin of Kundalika river.
Plus Valley is a beautiful plus shaped valley situated in the Tamhini region.
The rappelling starts over the famous Devkund waterfall and the landing point is
beside Devkund pool. The waterfall is seasonal but Devkund pool still has water.
The entire rappelling is done in 2 patches. 1st one is about 130 ft tall while the 2nd
patch is over 250 ft with the major part of it being an overhang.About 1.5 hrs of
trekking, which is all downhill, is required to reach the rappelling start point. Another
2.5 hrs trek from the finish point to the base village.

11.30 Am Reach at the waterfall. Enjoy the swimming and beauty of the waterfall.

05.30 PM Lunch will be served
