About Sondai fort :
Sondai fort is located near Karjat, raigad district, Sondai fort is one of the easiest treks in Maharashtra. This fort is located at an altitude of 1200 ft . This fort also used as watch tower in older days as this fort gives a beautiful , panoramic views of Morbe Dam, Prabalgad, Irshalgad, Rajmachi, Songiri forts, Karnala Fort, and the Matheran mountain range

Fort name Sondai is derived from the Sondai Devi temple, located at top of Sondai Fort

Day 01 – Sunday
Pickup Location:
• 06.00 am – Meet the Borivali National Park Gate
• Enroute –
Jogeshwari – Andheri – Bandra – Sion – Chembur – Vashi – Kalamboli

• 08.45 AM – Reach Base Village
• 09.00 AM – Start trekking
• 10.30 AM – Reach the top and Explore Fort
• 12.00 PM – Start descending
• 12.45 PM – Reach Base village
• 01.00 PM – Back To Mumbai After Lunch
• 04.00 PM – Reach Mumbai (Tentatively)

INCLUSIONS

THINGS TO CARRY
• Identity Proof (must)
• Torch with extra battery (must)
• A bottle of water (At least 3 Liters)
• Some ready to eat food, Plum Cakes, Biscuits etc.
• Personal Care Medicine those which u require usually.
• A good trekking shoes, extra pair of socks.
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried, so that one has ones hands free while trekking.
• Pleases do not carry sling bags or Jholas.
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.

RULES & NOTES
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Sleeveless, Low neck, Figure hugging, Shirts/Tops, Short Pants, Hot Pant not allowed.
• All our photo, walks are Eco-friendly, kindly take care of nature around us.
• Respect the heritage and culture.
• Do not litter, participants are requested to carry – – the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
• Trek Leader’s decision will be final and binding.
• Participation confirmation only via confirmed bank transfer (50% advance payment)
