ABOUT BHAIRAVGAD:
Bhairavgad is one of the most thrilling treks in Malshej region. It was a strategic outpost tokeep watch around Naneghat-Jivdhan Trade and Kalyan-Junnar Trade Route. To reach top ofBhairavgad one has passed through criss cross ridges and jungle paths. Once you reach theplateau, we see a small Bhairavnath temple under a huge tree. After making way through Karviand loose mud (scree). One has to climb rock cut steps. After climbing a few steps towards the topthey suddenly seem to disappear. After reaching the top we can view Alang, Madan, Kulang,Harishchandragad, Rohida, Naneghat, Jivdhan. While getting down we’ll be rappelling.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Saturday, 05th November 2022
• 10:30 pm : Meeting point Dadar Chitra Cinema
• 10:45 pm : Move towards Moroshi by Pvt bus
• 04:30 am : Reach Moroshi’s base village & Rest.
DAY 2: Sunday, 06th November 2022
• 05:30 am : Getting Fresh & up and Breakfast
• 06:15 am : Start trekking towards Bhairavgad Pinnacle.
• 08:30 am : Reach At Pinnacle and start a climbing part with the help of basic equipment andtechnical expert.
• 08:30 am : It will take approx 1 and half hours to reach the top with 2-3 rock patches.
• 11:00 am : We are going to do rappelling from the top and start descending to the base.
• 01:30 pm : Reach Base Village & Lunch
• 02.30 pm : After lunch, we will start the return journey towards Mumbai.
• 08.00 pm : Reach Mumbai with thrilling & Happy Moments.

• A good trekking shoes, extra pair of socks.
• Extra pairs of clothes, Rain Coat, Wind Cheater, etc.
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried, so that one has one’s hands free while trekking.
• Pleases do not carry sling bags or Jholas.
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.

• Sleeveless, Low neck, Figure hugging, Shirts/Tops, Short Pants, Hot Pant not allowed.

• Do not litter, participants are requested to carry – – the waste back to the city and dispose of it in dustbins.
