About the trek –
Bhorgiri village is a village. There are hills on the three side of the village. And one of the hills has Bhorgiri Fort and Caves. Bhorgiri to Bhimashankar trek route is through dense jungle and provides many opportunities for nature lovers!! One can see the state animal of Maharashtra Giant Squirrel, in local language known as “Shekru.” In Monsoon Bhorgiri to Bhimashankar is the perfect trek for Beginners, Nature Lovers, and Photographers. It’s a plain Jungle walk of around 3 Hours which ends at “Gupta Bhimashankar”. One has to pass the Streams & waterfall to reach the Bhimashankar Temple..

Itinerary:
05.30 am: Gather at Swarget Near Lakshmi Narayan theater.
06.00 am: Pickup at Shivajinagar, further pickup Nashik Phata
08.30 am: Reach Village. Have Breakfast.
09.00 am: After briefing start a trek .
12.00 Noon: Reach Bhimashankar Temple
02.30 pm: Have Lunch .
04.00 pm: Immediately move towards Pune.
05.30 pm: Tea & Snacks on the way.
09.00 pm: Reach Pune.

Note-
1. We are not standing in queue for Darshan if it taking more than half hour.
Parking available near
2. bhimashankar temple visit depends on crowd available on that day, you might need to walk long after trek till bus parked.
