Bhairavgad (Shirpunje) Ghanchhakar Gawaldev Muda Katrabai to Ratangad range trek

Bhairavgad (Shirpunje): 1145 mtrs.This fort is believe to be ancient and almost 2500 years old.
Ghanchhakar : Ghanchakkar 1,532 metres (5,026 ft) is the third highest peak in the Maharashtra State under Sahyadri mountain ranges in western India. Its neighbouring peak Muda 1,520 metres (4,990 ft) is the fourth highest peak in the Maharashtra State under Sahyadris.
Katrabai : 4300 feet above MSL (Approx)
The most important pass on Trans Sahyadri trek. This pass is known for passage between Ratangad and Harishchandragad.

Day 1 10th January 2025
: Friday Night 11.15pm – Start journey to the base village of highest peaks of Maharashtra via Kasara Taxi.
Day 2 :11th January Saturday Morning
03.00am – Reach base village and Rest till morning.
05.30am – Wake Up call.
07.00am – After Breakfast start trek to Bhairavgad
This is one of the Bhairavgad among the other Bhairavgads. Other are Moroshi, Kothale and one in Satara
from Bhairavgad you will enjoy the view of Ajoba, Kombda peak, Nafta peaks, Harishchandragad, Karkai range and Junnar region forts
01.00pm – Reach Ghanchhakar top and get astonised view of Bhandardara Dam, AMK, Ratangad and Kalsubai range. Paisa wasul and DP wala view
Lunch time (Carried by participant )
04.30pm – Reach Gawaldev base and hike it by keeping luggage at the base
06.20pm – Back to base and get ready for one million star stay.
08.30pm – Dinnar and retire for the day.
Day 3 12th January Sunday
05.00am – Wakeup call
06.00am – Start trek to Muda after Breakfast.
09.00am – Reach Katrabai Pass. Keep bags at Katrabai idol and Hike peak to Explore.
You will get best view of ratangad from Katrabai, which will remain forever in you memory for sure
11.00am – Start Trek to Ratangad.

04.30pm – Start Journey back to Kasara.
09.00pm – Reach Mumbai.
